This machine belongs to hydraulic *-roller plate rolling machine (top roller all directional adjusting plate rolling machine). It used to roll the metal plate into round shape, arc shape or cone shape under the normal temperature.The top rollermakes up-down movement and horizontal movement,so it can pre-bend the plate end and roll the plate into needed shape in one time as well as correcting the rolled shell without turning around and without any assisted device. It can correct the plate end and get less flat end by using the assisted device. It is the dispensable equipment for oil industry, chemical industry, cement, shipping-building, boiler, aviation, irrigation works, and power transmission & transformation tower and so on. 

main structure The main structure of this machine makes up of top roller device, lower roller device, level shift device, support roller device, main driving device, tipping (overturn) device, left and right frame, chassis, balance device, hydraulic system and electric system.

**1 top roller device The top roller makes up of main oil cylinder, top roller bearing block, top roller, and double-low self-aligning roller bearing and so on. The two oil cylinders provide the pressure for rolling the plate and the working pressure is *9.5Mpa. The low-speed, heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearing is adopted on the machine. The top roller is drum-shape, and the load factor 0.7 even-distributed loading of max pressure-adding for top roller is to pre-set compensate the deflection of top roller deformation as designed. The material of top roller is *2CrMo, tempering and quenching treatment HB******0 after rough machining, surface quenching at HRC****0, which is in accordance with the roll steel standard of JB/ZG******6 and the rigidity is in accordance with (1/**0~1/***0)L, in which “L” means the distance between center line of two side frames.  

**2 lower roller device and level shift device The lower roller makes up of lower roller bearing block, and lower roller, lower roller gear and slid bearing of lower roller and so on The material of lower roller is *5#, tempering and quenching treatment HB******0 after rough machining, surface quenching at HRC****0, which is in accordance with the roll steel standard of JB/ZG******6 and the rigidity is in accordance with (1/**0~1/***0)L, in which “L” means the distance between center line of two side frames. SF*1 self-lubricating composite material is chosen for lower roller slid bearing The level shift device provide the driving force by shift motor, and drive the top roller move from right to left through the worm gear and worm box, worm gear and worm, lead screw and nut, which can realize the asymmetrical rolling for plate The lower roller main driving device provide the torque for lower roller through main driving output gear, and lower roller gear.
The material of up-down oil cylinder of lower roller is *5#, heating treatment and tempering &quenching treatment at HB**7~**5. **3 support roller device The support roller is made up of support roller, worm gear and worm device, wedge device and so on The material of support roller is *5#, tempering and quenching treatment HB**0~**0, the surface rigidity of support roller is lower than surface rigidity of lower roller and spiral groove is turned on the surface to prevent the lower roller from destroy of oxide skin and impurities The support roller can be adjusted in accordance with the loading of rolling

    **6 fixed frame & tipping frame and chassis   Fixed frame, tipping frame, and chassis are all welded parts, going through tempering treatment after welding. There are two oil cylinders respectively installed on the two frames, and the piston of oil cylinder connected with bearing block. The top roller moves up and down with oil cylinder. This structure of this kind of machine is based on years manufacturing and experiences, and meanwhile it absorbs the advantages of similar machine in Japan, Germany and domestic. The two oil cylinder is head ports working, which keep the consistency of system, namely working pressure is consistent, and mating is consistent, which make the effective area of oil cylinder larger.
